1) The trade is submitted to the commish or to a staff member, and if the owner wants to attach reasoning, they may.
2) Both GMs MUST confirm thier trade before it can be processed.
3) No trade will be denied unless it is deemed detrimental to the league or to a particular team. If it is deemed so, it may be vetoed by the Commish.
5)If an owner leaves the league and has pending trades, all of those trades are automatically cancelled.
6)Trading is frozen from the trade deadline until after the dispersal draft is over.
7)You can only trade the same years draft picks until 2 weeks before the previous years trade deadline. Then you are allowed another years worth of picks to trade.
8) Once you accept a trade via PM and it is posted, it is binding and you cannot back out without penalty. Both teams must still confirm in the trade thread. If one of the owners decides to cancel the trade he is not allowed to trade at all for 1 week, and he is not allowed to trade any of the players involved in the proposed trade for two full months from the time the trade was submitted.

Carolina Hurricanes: I agree. I see the OF category and it looks like we could have some very high scoring games in the pre-season till we get the settings adjusted correctly lol
